How long does it take to set up my co-branded gateway?
After your organization is completely registered your gateway will be co-branded immediately. You can upload your organizations logo and message by going to the “Settings” under your Fundraiser Menu.
How do I market the shopping gateway to my supporters?
There are thousands of ways to market your co-branded gateway. We recommend doing the following to start:
  • Place links on your organization’s website to your new co-branded GreenBackStreet gateway using the artwork provided in your account center
  • Endorse the program and circulate your endorsement to your chosen audience
  • Include links to your co-branded gateway in all emails that your organization sends
  • Add your co-branded gateway to news letters and publications
  • Mention your co-branded gateway in meetings and events
What type of participation should I expect?
Participation in your FR Program is completely dependent on what your company does to get the word out about your new program. Every organization and situation varies based on what type of touch you have with your target audience. Organizations that have accurate email lists of their intended audience, high traffic on their website and regular communication with their supporters have high participation levels. Organizations without email and high traffic websites also have great success when they spread the word using communication methods currently in place.
My organization does not have an email list of our supporters but we want to offer our mall to them. What can we do?
Include information about your mall as an insert with your newsletters if you have them. Hand out membership cards to your supporters at events. Contact us for additional ideas and help at customerservice@klikfire.com or visit the section called “Fundraising - what to do” under the Fundraiser menu in your account center.
What if my supporters want to help, but don’t have a computer or internet access?
There are many ways to get your supporters involved.
First they can always tell others about the FR program. See the “Marketing Materials” sections under the Fundraiser menu in your account center for print materials that can be handed out.
Another idea would be to hold, monthly, seasonal or annual fundraisers where people could order things they were already going to buy (i.e. winter coats, gifts, gardening supplies, costumes, etc.), through you. They could come to you and place the order, giving you the money. Then you could order the items through your account and your supporters could pick them up when the items are delivered. Here is a sample order form to get you started!
What is a qualified transaction?
Almost all transactions made through GreenBackStreet.com are qualified transactions. Some of the vendors on have restrictions on certain purchases. If a vendor has a restriction it is posted on www.klikfire.com and you will be informed of a particular restriction before clicking to the store.
How does my company get paid?
FRs are paid by check. Your checks will be issued once your organization’s reached a balance of $15 on posted transactions.
Does KlikFire sell member information?
No. KlikFire uses member information for internal purposes only. Privacy Policy
Does KlikFire spam its members?
No. KlikFire has a very strict Anti-SPAM policy.
When does my organization get paid?
Payments are marked processed semi-monthly on the 15th and 30th of the month (or next business day) and mailed or sent within 7 business days.
